The “Mid-Island Beaches” properties on HHI that include homes in Burkes Beach, Singleton Beach, Folly Field Beach, and Bradley Beach. Properties in all of these resort locations are considered entry-level oceanfront homes, and for their location, these neighborhoods are much more affordable than their plantation counterparts.

Folly Field Beach is located beside Starfish Road and offers yet another choice when it comes to beaches in the Hilton Head Island region. Singleton Beach is an enclosed community and housing and lodging options can be availed from here. The stucco homes are ocean facing and built on patio fronts. Lots of newer homes and bungalows have been constructed off the coastline and villas and residential properties can be found here.
Bradley Beach Road is off of William Hilton Parkway and introduces you to this neighborhood of old and new. There is a public beach parking at the end of the road convenient for day visitors.
Most of the public beaches offer fully-serviced restrooms on-site or nearby and other amenities like swimming, sports, 24-hour security and close-by shopping and dining destinations.
