Woodlake is an excellent, pet-friendly location for a primary or 2nd home with personal use. No vacation rentals are allowed. A long-term tenant pays $1,400/mo till Nov 30, 2023. The villa has some good improvements including a flat, 1st floor ceiling, new upstairs bathroom floors and toilets, one new vanity, new refrigerator, but it needs some more work to be perfect and is priced accordinly. Woodlake is well managed with onsite management, a security gate, community swimming pool, tennis courts, great fitness center and playground. Woodlake is an easy drive to the beach, all Island locations and Bluffton.
